The Order Lifecycle, Step by Step
Every order moves through the same state machine. Placed: your wallet reserves the quoted amount and the system assigns an available line from the pool you chose. Waiting: the number is live and listening — this is when you paste it into the target app. Delivered: the carrier hands off the SMS, the OTP appears in your dashboard and API responses, and the reserved amount is captured. Why the Refund Is Automatic
Outcome-based billing only works if the failure path costs you nothing and requires no effort. The timeout refund is executed by the same system that tracks order state — there is no ticket, no review queue, and no discretion involved.
