4. Credits back if no OTP If no code arrives, cancel when the unlock window allows. Eligible cancellations refund the order amount.

How do I receive an OTP?

After you rent a number, enter it in the target service's phone verification screen. When the SMS arrives, the code is shown in Active Numbers on your dashboard. API users can poll the verification endpoint or listen for webhook events.

What happens if I do not receive a code?

No OTP = Credits back on eligible cancellations. Cancel when the unlock window allows. After a successful no-OTP cancellation, the original order amount returns to your wallet.
