Please review our refund and credit policy before purchasing verification services.

Refund Policy at a Glance
Refunds and credits depend on the order status and whether an OTP was delivered.
Eligible cancelled or expired orders with no OTP are credited back to your account balance for the original order price.
Completed verifications that successfully delivered an OTP are generally not refundable.
Deposits are made via supported crypto payment methods; unused wallet balance is not an automatic cash withdrawal product.
If you believe an eligible credit was missed, contact support with your order details.
1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how RealNonVoIPUSNumber handles refunds and account
credits for verification orders and related wallet activity. Please review your
order status in the dashboard before requesting help—many eligible no-OTP
cancellations are credited automatically after the provider confirms cancellation.
For order timers, cancel locks, and refund questions, see this Refund Policy
or reach us via the Contact page.
2. Verification Orders
Verification orders move through statuses used by the platform, including:
Pending, Queued, Active, Waiting for code, Code received, Completed, Cancelled,
Expired, and Failed.
Pending / Queued / Active / Waiting for code — the order is still open. Cancel may be available after the provider-specific unlock window, and only while no OTP has arrived.
Code received / Completed — an OTP was delivered; the service is fulfilled for refund purposes on the automatic path.
Cancelled / Expired / Failed — the rental is closed. Eligible no-OTP cases are credited to wallet balance after confirmed cancellation handling.
3. Completed Verification
When a verification order successfully delivers the requested OTP (Code received
or Completed with OTP), the service is considered fulfilled. Those orders are not
refunded through the automatic no-OTP cancel/timeout path.
4. Failed / Unusable Orders
If a number cannot be used and the order ends without an OTP—such as provider-side
failure, unavailable inventory, technical cancellation, or system/provider
cancellation—eligible orders may receive a full credit of the original order price
to your account balance once cancellation is confirmed and no OTP was received.
Ambiguous provider responses are not treated as automatic refunds. The platform
only credits after the cancellation path is confirmed.
5. Expired Orders
Waiting orders expire according to server-side validity windows (not only the
browser countdown), for example:
Server 3: about 10 minutes
Server 1 / Server 2: about 20 minutes
Server 4: about 20 minutes
Server 5 (popular): about 6 minutes
Fallback default if metadata is missing: 20 minutes
Eligible expired or auto-cancelled orders with no OTP are credited to your wallet
after confirmed cancellation handling. If an OTP arrived before close, the order
is not refunded on that path.
6. Cancelled Orders
You may cancel a waiting order (no OTP yet) after the cancel unlock window for
that server—for example Server 3 after 2 minutes, Server 1 / Server 2
after 6 minutes, Server 4 after 6 minutes, and Server 5
immediately.
User cancellation and system cancellation
both use the same refund rule when applicable: after cancellation is confirmed
and no OTP was received, the original
order price is credited once to your account balance. Duplicate cancel attempts do
not create duplicate credits.
7. Account Balance / Wallet Credits
Order refunds on this platform are issued as account balance credits
(wallet credits), equal to the original order charge, when the no-OTP refund path
applies.
Unused purchased balance remains in your wallet for future orders. The product does not provide an automatic withdrawal of general wallet balance to an external bank or crypto address.
Referral earnings are separate from verification wallet balance and follow the referral withdrawal flow (when enabled), which is not the same as an order refund.
Deposit bonuses / promotional credits are promotional value added with eligible deposits and may be treated differently from purchased funds.
8. Payment Method Refunds
Account funding is processed through the platform’s supported payment methods
(currently crypto deposits via the integrated payment provider). Eligible order
refunds return value to your wallet balance. Returning a deposit
to the original payment method is not an automatic self-serve action and depends on
review, the payment provider, and network rules. We do not publish a guaranteed
processing time for external refunds.
9. Promotional Credits
Top-up bonuses and similar promotional credits increase spendable wallet balance
for eligible deposits. Promotional value is not a cash instrument. Order refunds
restore the charged order amount to wallet credits; they do not guarantee a
separate payout of bonus amounts to your payment method.
10. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support promptly and include:
Order ID (shown as #XXXXXXXX in the dashboard)
Deposit or transaction reference, if relevant
Date and time
Amount
A short description of the issue (screenshots of order/history screens are helpful)
Never send passwords, raw API keys, seed phrases, or other credentials.
Timing depends on order review, provider confirmation, payment method, and—when
an external return is involved—banking or network processing. Automatic
wallet credits for eligible no-OTP cancellations are typically applied when the
cancellation is confirmed. Fixed “refund within X hours/days” guarantees are not
part of this policy.
13. Abuse, Fraud, and Chargebacks
We may review refund or credit requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or
intentionally misleading. Accounts may be restricted where necessary to protect
the platform and other customers. Please use support channels in good faith and
provide accurate information.
14. Policy Changes
We may update this Refund Policy when product behavior or legal requirements
change. The Last Updated date at the top of this page reflects the current
version (October 01, 2026). Continued use of the service after
an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Frequently Asked Questions
Short answers that match this policy and live product behavior.
Once a verification order has delivered an OTP (status Code Received / Completed), the service is considered fulfilled. Those orders are not refunded on the automatic no-OTP cancel path.
If an order cannot be completed and ends without an OTP—for example after a confirmed provider cancellation, expiry, or failure—eligible orders are credited back to your account balance for the original order price.
Waiting orders expire after the server-side validity window for that provider. Eligible expired or auto-cancelled orders with no OTP are handled through the same refund-to-balance path after the provider cancellation is confirmed.
Most eligible no-OTP cancellations and timeouts are credited automatically. If you believe an eligible refund was missed, open Contact Support or create a Support Ticket and include your order ID, approximate time, and amount.
Account-balance refunds for eligible cancelled orders are typically processed when the cancellation is confirmed. Returning funds to an external payment method (when applicable) depends on review and the payment provider—we do not guarantee a fixed calendar timeframe.
Deposit bonuses and other promotional credits are promotional value. They may have different treatment from purchased balance. Order refunds restore the original order charge to your wallet credits; they are not an automatic cash-out of bonus value to your payment method.
Include your account email/username, order ID (for example #12345678), transaction or deposit reference if relevant, date/time, amount, and a short description. Do not send passwords, API keys, or wallet seed phrases.
